About the Role

As a pediatric registered nurse at Agape Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and their families. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating patients, creating care plans, and communicating with the care team to ensure every patient receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
  • Drive the care team to ensure quality care is delivered
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse
  • 3 years experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment
  • 1 year of pediatric experience
  • Nursing skills as defined by accepted nursing standards
  • Reliable transportation
  • Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing
