Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Accountant to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC.

  • The ideal candidate will assist with the preparation of financial statements, analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers, and post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
  • Maintain and record fixed assets, prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary, and prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as needed.

About the Role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required, 2+ years' related experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with general ledgers, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively are also required.

A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience, is offered to successful candidates.
