Business Growth Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our marketing and sales team as Entry-Level Territory Sales Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and prospects, acquiring new accounts, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with our Senior Territory Sales Managers to gain comprehensive knowledge of our client's marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals.
- Negotiate sale contracts with clients, addressing their concerns and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in regular conference calls and on-site training workshops to stay informed about our client's sales progress.
- Work closely with fellow sales representatives, customer service associates, and marketing representatives to ensure our client's needs are met.
Salary and Benefits: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or other related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience working in customer service, retail, sales, management, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Reliable transportation to the onsite location.
