Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for daily housekeeping routines, including cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk-preventative environment within OSHA and Joint Commission regulations.
Responsibilities- Clean patient rooms, offices, and public areas
- Ensure a safe and risk-preventative environment
- Meet OSHA and Joint Commission regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of six months experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license
Clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated work area
Additional Requirements- Ability to work with limited supervision
- May be required to work overtime and flexible hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diplomacy and discretion essential
