Culinary Operations Supervisor - Flik Hospitality Group

Position Overview:
As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our culinary program and managing kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the coordination and execution of food preparation and cooking processes.
2. Collaborate in menu planning and development.
3. Implement new culinary initiatives alongside the marketing and culinary teams.
4. Aid in managing budgetary controls and monitoring expenses.
5. Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Background in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, corporate dining, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends with an emphasis on quality, production, sanitation, and food presentation.
- Proficient in creating and distributing production schedules.
- Demonstrated supervisory and training capabilities.
- Certification in ServSafe or equivalent health department certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is advantageous.
