Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

• Prepare and serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, including refrigerators and storerooms, to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed, and report any needed maintenance or faulty equipment to the supervisor.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required, and participate in in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers, and perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
