Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining a superior level of quality service and cleanliness in our community's culinary program.

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs that are compliant with required Nutritional/Dietary criteria.
• Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Visit residents periodically to evaluate food service and make revisions to promote improved food service.

• Experience of 1 year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.
• Ability to follow approved, standardized recipes and menus for regular and therapeutic diets.
• Ability to make independent decisions without supervision.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents and family members, team members, and the general public.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
