About the Role

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled Director, Partnership Sales to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and developing new corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the partnership development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client marketing companies and their respective advertising agencies.
  • Negotiate and close sponsorship deals, working closely with counsel to ensure contract execution.
  • Attend weekly meetings with senior-level executives to provide updates and contribute to the overall success of the partnership sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of successful corporate sales, premium sales, or brand sponsorship sales experience directly in sponsorship/corporate partnerships.
  • Proven track record in closing long-term, six-figure integrated marketing partnerships.
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights, product information, and data into partner value.
  • Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize efficiently.
  • Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and negotiating creative solutions.
