About the Role

The Closing Manager is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process. This includes managing the team, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and meeting targets during shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team during closing shifts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor performance and take action to improve quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory, maintain equipment, and ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness tasks are completed.
  • Communicate effectively with the breakfast Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Meet targets during shifts and complete delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible availability and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
