At Benevis, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Dental Director to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and function of all clinical activities in the assigned area, including recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of clinical staff.

This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work closely with the District Manager and Regional President to achieve our mission of providing excellent dental care in the community.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of management experience, preferably in a multi-site dental practice, and must have experience managing other dentists and staff. A degree in dentistry from an accredited dental program and a current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing patient care are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise clinical staff, including dentists and hygienists
  • Recruit, select, hire, train, and evaluate clinical staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and Regional President to achieve our mission and goals
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care
  • 1+ years of management experience in a multi-site dental practice
  • Experience managing other dentists and staff
