About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for managing in-restaurant service for our guests, including taking orders on the register, assisting guests with the kiosk, and ensuring that every guest who enters our restaurants receives a friendly greeting and farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-restaurant service for our guests, including taking orders on the register and assisting guests with the kiosk.
  • Ensure that every guest who enters our restaurants receives a friendly greeting and farewell.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, balancing the register, and restocking supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive hourly rate, starting at $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
