- Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations, including familiarity with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA standards.
- Undertake additional related tasks as required.
- Understanding of Human Resources Management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to enforce company policies and procedures effectively.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities concurrently; skilled in planning and organization.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working with diverse teams across various organizational levels.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited program, preferably in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, General Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
