Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients and maintaining knowledge of specific specimen requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatric
  • Maintain knowledge of specific specimen requirements and follow correct order of draw based on tube type and special handling of tests
  • Utilize proper resources for obtaining specimen requirement information and collect and enter off-site blood work into the system
  • Prepare specimens for in-lab testing or off-site shipment and ensure blood-drawing stations are clean and well-stocked
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of current Phlebotomy experience
  • ASCP Phlebotomy Certification (a copy of certification must be uploaded with profile)
  • EPIC experience and travel experience (highly preferred)

Please note that local travelers within 75 miles of the facility must be uploaded at a 10% reduction of the posted rate per hour. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
