About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Aston, Pennsylvania. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve clients' physical function.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document client interactions, interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical records.
Requirements
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
