Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist in Home Health Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and revise care plans, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair.
Requirements:
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist in the state of PA.
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
