Position Overview:
As a Security Solutions Sales Specialist at All-Guard Alarm Systems, your key responsibilities will include generating leads, closing sales, and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. You will focus on offering comprehensive security solutions, including Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and IP Camera systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Follow up effectively on leads provided by the company.
3. Schedule appointments with key decision-makers for tailored consultative sales meetings.
4. Conduct thorough site assessments to create customized solutions for each client.
5. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations professionally.
6. Maintain proactive communication with prospects and existing clients for relationship building.
7. Manage documentation processes including work orders, proposals, and contracts.
8. Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
9. Ensure timely updates to the CRM database.
10. Utilize effective questioning techniques to uncover sales opportunities.
11. Conduct thorough research and address customer concerns promptly.
12. Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of B2B and B2C experience in selling security systems.
- Proven ability to generate revenue from both self-generated and company-provided leads.
- Proficient in lead generation through networking and business development.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Technical aptitude is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Persistent and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have or be able to obtain an Alarm Company Employee (ACE) license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Alarm Industry sales.
