We are looking for a Production Optimization Engineer to contribute to a pivotal project aimed at enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. This position is crucial as we prepare for a significant increase in production volume.

The Production Optimization Engineer will be instrumental in spearheading this initiative, concentrating on strategies to effectively meet our ambitious production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Manufacturing Engineers in establishing optimal Bill of Materials (BOM) configurations.
  • Analyze production workflows and machinery requirements.
  • Gather and evaluate process and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training on standardized work procedures.
  • Design and implement innovative tools and equipment to enhance process efficiency.
  • Assess and execute Facility/Cell Layouts for optimal workflow.
  • Utilize lean methodologies and analytical tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, VSMs, Gap Analysis, and Fish Bone Analysis.
  • Lead and oversee complex technical projects, presenting outcomes and cost analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, production supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
