Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and coordinating marketing materials using Adobe InDesign
* Designing custom graphics for proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and advertisements
* Researching and writing to enhance our existing literature and develop new collateral
* Coordinating with business development leadership in strategic development of marketing collateral
* Updating and maintaining marketing collateral and database

In addition, you will also be responsible for:

* Project and client database management
* Industry research, data gathering, and reporting
* Supporting business development team and positioning activities
* Attending industry-related organization functions and events
* Assisting with development and management of strategic local business development plan

* BA/BS degree with concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications
* Years of experience in an AEC services firm preferred
* Experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator in a professional services firm preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
* Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
