We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Major Account Executive, Business Development to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
- 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievements in a commissioned environment.
- 2 years of experience in solutions/applications selling.
- 2 years of telecommunications/technical sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
