Job Description

As a part-time Community Support Worker, you will work with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and mental illnesses in the Montgomery County area.

Your responsibilities will include creating and designing program activities, providing therapeutic support, and assisting in the development of Essential Lifestyle Plans/Support Plans.

You will also perform consumer assessments, accompany individuals on transportation, and develop skills and qualifications necessary for success in this role.

Estimated salary: $16.35 per hour.
