About the Opportunity

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for senior living? Do you have experience managing teams and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking an Executive Director to join our community, Lakeside at Mallard Landing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community, including sales, marketing, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of resident services
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resident retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and team management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
