About the RoleWe are looking for a product manager to drive our sales technology vision, building capabilities with speed and scale. You will collaborate with users, engineering, and stakeholders to develop and manage a roadmap, measuring impact, adoption, and engagement.
- Develop a multi-year technology roadmap to improve sales capabilities, integrating technology, data, and operational processes.
- Maintain and update quarterly and annual roadmaps to deliver business value, focusing on efficiency and user experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or features, prioritizing features, creating user stories, and defining requirements. You will design product features by synthesizing client feedback and market intelligence.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Staying up-to-date on trends in Asset Management and Sales Technology.
- Gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product development.
- Conducting research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
You will build strong relationships with key users, gathering feedback through regular user interviews, surveys, and focus groups. You will serve as the primary contact for all stakeholders, presenting updates, roadmaps, and product metrics.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the Asset Management business, including multiple client types and sales technology systems. They have experience with SaaS platforms and expertise in Product Management.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities to deliver as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Strong consultative skills, including competitor insights, problem-solving, analytics, strategy development, influencing, facilitation, managing conflicts, and consensus building.
- Broad knowledge across software systems and solutions development.
- Focus on UI/UX.
- Thorough understanding of scrum practices.
- Global outlook.
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach, including a base salary and discretionary bonus. The estimated salary range is $168,000 - $240,000 per year.
