We are seeking an experienced Executive Communications Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to support major initiatives and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute quarterly All-Team meetings, develop strategic messaging for internal and external presentations, and build communications strategies in support of major initiatives.
  • Provide editorial and writing support for significant business initiatives, including content development, creative writing, and storytelling.

  • Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, blog, and presentations, to maintain the executive and organization brand voice and style.
  • Serve as program lead to ensure opportunities to communicate (town halls, event presentations, video, email, etc.) are bar-raising in both content and delivery to deliver a world-class employee experience.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
