Michael Page is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our client, a mid-size General Contractor/Construction Management firm serving Maine for over 30 years.
About the Role:
- Work alongside Architects, Sub-contractors, and Clients to deliver high-end and complex projects.
- Manage on-site construction teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Coordinate on-site safety compliance and manage Sub-contractor meetings.
- Develop and implement project timelines to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience running $10 million+ construction projects.
- 5+ years of field experience at a General Contractor.
- Familiarity with construction software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (preferred).
- Estimating experience (preferred).
