Industrial Construction Site Manager

Position Title: Site Manager (Industrial Construction Experience Required)
Reports To: Senior Project Manager
Full-time, Exempt Role

Position Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily construction operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget constraints, and meet quality expectations under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction activities
- Lead field personnel to ensure timely project completion with high-quality standards
- Maintain project timelines, proactively identify and resolve issues
- Procure materials, arrange necessary inspections, and advocate for job site safety
- Prepare and circulate project documentation, participate in meetings, and communicate with stakeholders
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, track project advancement, and address challenges swiftly
- Ensure the completion of punch lists, uphold job site organization, and cultivate positive relationships
- Perform additional duties as required
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in general contracting and project management for industrial projects exceeding 50,000 square feet
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to travel or relocate
Additional Requirements
- Technical knowledge related to construction, ability to follow directives, interpret regulations, and communicate effectively
- Strong mathematical, planning, organizational, and reading skills
- Competent in computer operations
Environmental and Physical Requirements
- Work in a construction site environment, with the ability to navigate the site and perform physical tasks
- A valid US driver's license is required
Education and Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years of field experience in industrial projects as a Prime Contractor.
