Construction Project Manager

About the Role
Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bangor, ME. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with architects, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage sub-contractor meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams
- Familiarity with construction software and technology, including estimating and project management tools
