About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, focusing on construction and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, focusing on construction and property management.
  • Assist with light accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Manage and coordinate various tasks and projects.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to customers, vendors, and other third parties as necessary.
  • Assist with property management tasks.
  • Schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Process manual check transactions, including printing and verification of amounts.
  • Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and journal entries.
  • Maintain vendor dashboards.
  • Analyze spreadsheets to report progress or additional data requirements.
  • Contribute new ideas and efficiency improvements for all properties.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of office management or administrative assistance experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exposure to RentManager Software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
