Job Description

The Entrust Group is a pioneer in self-directed retirement accounts and tax-advantaged plans. As a self-directed IRA administrator, we assist clients in purchasing alternative investments with their retirement funds.

Job Summary

The Client Services Associate is the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide advanced technical assistance to clients, including IRA transactions and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure satisfactory issue resolution for each client.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Client Services Manager as needed.
  • Develop skills and industry knowledge to enhance the value of client interactions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for general questions from clients and internal operations teams.
  • Recommend process improvements to back-office operations through daily interactions with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to empathize and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software tools.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Previous banking experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm while working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of client service experience.
  • Some knowledge of IRA and qualified retirement plans is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Compensation

$58,000 - $60,000
