Internship Overview
This internship is designed to provide college students with practical work experience in the utility industry. As an intern, you will gain exposure to various projects and tasks, working under close supervision and performing a variety of duties with specific instructions and expected results.
Responsibilities
- Gain experience and exposure to practical applications within the utility industry.
- Perform a variety of projects with specific instructions and expected results.
- Work under close supervision and receive guidance from a Supervisor and/or Coach/Mentor.
- Present the results of your project and overall summary of your experience to a team of company employees.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a curriculum leading to a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university program in Operations/Construction Management, Business, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field.
- GPA requirement: 3.00 or higher.
- Be a rising junior, senior, or graduate student.
- Eligible to work in the United States in accordance with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.
- Able to provide an official student transcript and other required information.
- Able to work in a team environment and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Travel within the service territory may be required.
- Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
