About the Role

CLEAResult Energy Sustainability Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Energy and Emissions Engineer to join our Energetics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and market success of novel energy technologies, strategies, and practices that deliver a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data-related research for industrial energy and emissions analysis, including manufacturing energy and carbon footprints and bandwidth studies.
  • Provide strategic program management support, including multi-year program planning and expert insights on market opportunities.
  • Research and develop R&D technology, synthesizing technical information for various audiences and advising on industry-related market opportunities.
  • Plan and implement stakeholder engagement programs and workshop support, both domestically and internationally.
  • Collect and manage R&D data, preparing and presenting technology and programmatic reports, presentations, and briefings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, with 10 years of work experience in a relevant field or 6-8 years of experience plus a master's or doctoral degree.
  • Leadership experience and industry experience, including internships.
  • Interest in energy efficiency and clean energy, with excellent communication skills and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Requirements
  • Project and/or program management experience, model and tool development, and contract and task management activities and tracking.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency or energy management systems in industrial or commercial facilities and experience in government consulting, supporting government organizations, public-private partnerships, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience facilitating a working group, including developing agendas and running web meeting platforms, and proficient in database development and Microsoft Access.
What We Offer

CLEAResult Energy Sustainability Consulting offers a competitive salary range of $93,100.00 - $139,700.00 per year, paid in USD. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick, personal, and parental leave time, and access to on-demand training courses to advance your career.
