Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adults with psychiatric needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
