We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Psych team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
