RN Psych Adult Caregiver

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RN Psych Adult Caregiver to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to adult psychiatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
