Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our Montecito store. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $75,000-$85,000 per year.

Amber Interiors Inc is a home and lifestyle store founded by interior designer Amber Lewis and her partner Mike. Our mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience through our passion for design and community.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage expenses, payroll, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in home decor or interiors.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage inventory levels.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive, with knowledge of Shopify POS and Netsuite a plus.
