About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at lululemon. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Implement the Store Manager's operations vision for the store and cascade it to team members. Plan and prepare weekly team member schedules according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations. Review, monitor, and partner with the Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data and metrics.
  • Retail Floor Leadership: Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning retail floor coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of retail floor operations. Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
  • Leadership and People: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences. Perform administrative actions to support team members, including completing payroll, approving vacation and time off requests, approving shift swaps, and other documentation according to policies and procedures.
  • Guest Experience and Community: Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by monitoring the incorporation of omnichannel programs. Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests' time and supports store operations. Resolve guest feedback and address issues, including guest escalations and urgent requests.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration, including experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $66,545 - $88,115, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the base pay range of $26.26 - $35.54 per hour.
