Administrative Coordinator

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and data entry.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and shredding.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general office support.
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree required.
