We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to multiple engineering project teams at Pape-Dawson Engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and edit complex documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Assist project managers and senior leaders with documentation and project coordination.
- Process and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate catering for events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- 5 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Previous experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Dependability and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree.
- AEC industry experience.
