As a key member of our Cultural Programs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and activities that promote cultural awareness and appreciation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs and activities for diverse audiences, including children, adults, and seniors.
- Collaborate with museum staff and community partners to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our diverse community.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, responding to their inquiries and providing information about museum programs and activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional materials to promote museum programs and activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in museum education and interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in museum education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
