Continuous Improvement Leader

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive cost savings, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements
- Facilitate process improvement teams and provide guidance to project leaders
- Ensure Lean and Six Sigma principles are integrated into all stages of process improvement projects
- Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling lean implementation plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Promote the use of metrics and data to drive project focus and decision-making
- Lead workshops to drive tangible Key Performance Indicator improvements
- Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture and ensure effective communication throughout the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train others on methodologies
- Demonstrated understanding of Lean Principles and Lean Tools
- Thorough understanding of the DMAIC Methodology and key statistical methods
- Strong facilitation skills and excellent interpersonal communication
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and energize team members
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of project facilitation/project management experience
- Previous lean manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated experience with cost savings initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
O-I offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000, plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Our benefit package includes vacation time, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision care coverage, pre-tax accounts, and a well-being program.
