About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive cost savings, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements
  • Facilitate process improvement teams and provide guidance to project leaders
  • Ensure Lean and Six Sigma principles are integrated into all stages of process improvement projects
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month rolling lean implementation plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Promote the use of metrics and data to drive project focus and decision-making
  • Lead workshops to drive tangible Key Performance Indicator improvements
  • Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture and ensure effective communication throughout the organization
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train others on methodologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of Lean Principles and Lean Tools
  • Thorough understanding of the DMAIC Methodology and key statistical methods
  • Strong facilitation skills and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and energize team members
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project facilitation/project management experience
  • Previous lean manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with cost savings initiatives
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
What We Offer:

O-I offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000, plus a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus. Our benefit package includes vacation time, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision care coverage, pre-tax accounts, and a well-being program.
