Job Title: Cafe Attendant

About the Role:

At Main Event, we're looking for a skilled Cafe Attendant to join our team. As a Cafe Attendant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our guests by assisting them with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity. You'll be an expert on our menu, operational standards, equipment, and utensils, and you'll be dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards
Welcome and greet all guests, while being an ambassador of FUN
Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
Prepare quick service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guests' needs
Process payment transactions and welcome our guests back
Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties

Requirements:

Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required
Guest-focused mindset
Teamwork is a must
Food Handlers Certification, as required
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Compensation:

Compensation is from $14.42 - $15.92 per hour
