Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt and shipment of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Assign and manage dock doors, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with GMP/SOPs.
Requirements
  • WMS and inventory management experience.
  • Familiarity with GMPs/SOPs and SAP/Inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
