Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support professional staff in providing high-quality patient care
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic operations
  • Collect patient information and vital signs
  • Answer phone calls and direct patients to the appropriate staff member
  • Admit and register patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and data, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
  • Perform building maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients
  • Provide patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of MAT, Harm Reduction, Low Barrier/High Access, and safety practices
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Previous medical clinic and/or addictions treatment experience (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and reliable transportation
  • Proper time management and reliability
COVID-19 Considerations

All customers and staff are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow CDC COVID guidelines for cleaning. Staff are expected to receive the COVID vaccination.
