Position Overview

AHP Management Corp is seeking a skilled and experienced Community Operations Supervisor to oversee service requests and maintenance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of property management tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating service orders and managing turnkey operations.
  • Facilitating move-ins and conducting preventative maintenance.
  • Supervising and mentoring service technicians, grounds staff, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Addressing complex maintenance-related issues and providing guidance to community management staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a hands-on approach, actively participating in the completion of work orders and identifying areas for improvement. Strong organizational skills are essential, as the supervisor will need to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of work orders and property repairs.
  • Follow up on service requests to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve maintenance-related challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • HVAC and Pool Certifications are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site property management is required.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance capacity.
