Join the Georgia Department of Labor as a UI Field Tax Operations Supervisor and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise field tax staff to ensure compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Monitor staff to ensure assignment completion goals are met.
  • Provide training to ensure staff are knowledgeable of provisions of the Georgia Employment Security laws, section rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide feedback and coaching, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years' experience at the lower level UI Field Tax Agent II (FIP031) and two years of experience meeting and exceeding annual audit completion requirements.
  • Two years meeting and/or exceeding expectations in all job responsibilities and common core areas.
  • Eight years of extensive experience in auditing and/or accounting.
