  • Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain the store premises, and ensure a secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and U-Haul's business strategies.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage store operations and analyze financial data.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High School Diploma: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability: Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions. The physical demands of the job include long periods of standing, walking, and lifting, with a minimum weight of 50 pounds.
