• Assist clients in understanding our platform and getting started with our services.

• Provide ongoing training to clients as our technology evolves and new features are launched.

• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to launch new clients and coordinate account needs.

• Leverage marketplace analytics to identify new opportunities and add value to our clients' businesses.

• Work closely with internal teams to automate manual processes and improve the client experience.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all DOmedia product offerings and utilize them to transform client processes.

• Communicate new technology enhancements and their benefits to clients.

• Share client technology requests with project managers and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure DOmedia accounts are properly configured.

• Utilize SQL within the Sisense platform to query databases and create reports.

• Test software, replicate issues, and document them in Redmine.

• Participate in regular client meetings and create user documentation.

• Design, test, and implement training content on the DOmedia site.

• Develop content for user outreach and other projects as needed.
