Assembly Technician B

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician B to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF and mechanical assembly, soldering skills, and the ability to read blueprints.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Record and document inspection and test results, materials, and tools as per specifications and procedures.
- Perform in-process inspections and tests, including workmanship and dimensional checks, as per specifications.
- Set up and operate equipment and tools for cable preparation and trimming as per specifications.
- Assemble connectors, labels, and parts to form complete cable assemblies as per specifications.
- Conduct mechanical inspections and tests, including dimensional checks and connector cable retention, as per specifications.
- Support quality assurance functions in root cause analysis.
- Prepare work by studying product and process documentation, parts lists, and tools.
- Perform labor and parts transactions accurately and timely as per policies and procedures.
- 1 year of RF-related and/or mechanical assembly experience.
- Basic math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools and fixtures.
- Strong computer skills for specific programs and documentation access.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work from product drawings, written, and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work with electrical and mechanical test and inspection equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience with Google Workspace, BambooHR, Paycom, and ADP.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Our associates may also be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable.
