Co-op Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at Analogic. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead effort to review and update tolerancing on released assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
- Provide support to manufacturing technicians in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making processes using Minitab and/or MS Excel.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Quality, and Production, to support overall manufacturing goals.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Certification), and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
