Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) - Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team at Harmony Gardens Assisted Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse, including administering medications and providing wound care.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Observe resident behavior and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor, ensuring prompt attention to resident needs.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- A passion for geriatric care and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
