Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Geneva Suites is seeking a Full-Time Evening Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Administer medications as delegated by the Registered Nurse and document services performed.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms, behaviors, and conditions to the nursing team.
  • Engage with residents through activities, conversations, and other forms of interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry, dishwashing, and housekeeping duties.
  • Report any equipment or maintenance issues to the management team.

Requirements:

  • CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
  • Previous caregiving experience in an Assisted Living setting.
  • Dependable and able to work a consistent schedule, including every other weekend.
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Patient and compassionate with a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
